Why do I keep hearing that flexible dates are better?
By providing your personal travel manager with flexible dates for which to search for flights it greatly improves the chance of locating the lowest possible price for your trip. Just 1 or 2 days of flexibility can save you thousands on the market price!
What’s the difference between economy, premium economy, business class and first class?
Essentially the difference between classes can be measured in comfort and cost. With each step up in class you are afforded a little more comfort and premium service. The lowest pricing starts with economy class (or coach as it is sometimes referred to) and advances upwards as you choose to treat yourself to more comfort!
Do you offer insurance?
At this time we do not offer travel insurance, however, in today's current climate we do advise passengers to purchase travel insurance from a reliable independent provider.
Why can’t I get price quotes immediately?
If you contact our direct line and speak directly with your travel manager they will often be able to locate the best prices while you are on the phone. There are, however, occasions when it is better that we allow you to carry on with your day while we take a little extra time to locate the best options for you. On average you will receive the price quotes to your provided email address within 2hrs.
Where do you get your low prices from?
We have privately negotiated fares with major airlines that we are not allowed to advertise publicly to avoid direct competition with the provider. Also with 25+ years of experience embedded with our travel managers we know a thing or two about how to route flights to locate lower fares.
How many passengers can I book for at one time?
There is no limit for the amount of passengers you can book for, however, depending on the size of the group traveling the prices of the tickets can vary due to seat availability. For very large groups (sports teams, business groups, educational institutions) we can negotiate directly with the airline for one price).
How do I book the flights I want?
Once you have decided to book one of the flight options provided by your personal travel manager they will send over our 100% secure online payment form for you to complete. Your seats will then be reserved and once we receive the form back and the payment is processed only then will the prices be secured.
Can I book for someone else if I am not flying?
Absolutely! However, you may be required to complete some security checks before payment can be completed.
Can I book with miles through you guys?
Unfortunately you can only use your airline miles directly with the specific airline. Don’t fear though, our prices have far better availability than mileage award tickets offered by airlines.
Is the price locked once I have reserved seats but yet paid?
Prices are only secured once payment is complete. All airlines reserve the right to alter their prices at any time they choose and this includes reservations that are payment pending.
What’s a split ticket?
A split ticket is one of the ways we can access lower fares. An example would be when we separate the domestic home legs away from the international legs of your journey. This can yield excellent prices and all you have to do is connect with your international flight at your transit hub.
How long after payment does it take for tickets to be issued?
It can often depend on how busy we and the airlines are, however, you will usually receive your e-tickets within 2hrs of payment. Your reservation will be immediately visible on your chosen airlines website as soon as the reservation is made.
Are taxes and fees included in the quoted prices?
All taxes and fares are included in the prices quoted.
Why have the times of our return flights changed?
Occasionally airlines will have to alter flight times for many reasons, however, your travel manager will be notified as soon as these changes happen and will inform you straight away. In the situation where the altered times are not suitable due to prior schedules we can find alternative flights.
Do you take care of check in prior to our flight?
We can, of course, check-in for your flights if you wish us to. We will forward any necessary information to you after doing so.
How do I find out about Covid requirements for my trip?
For up to date information regarding Covid requirements please refer to your governments relevant websites as well as your destination and transit countries government websites. You can also find helpful information here.
Why did our reserved seats change from our original selection?
Airlines reserve the right to change seat reservations when passengers require specific seating due to physical needs or minors traveling with parents.
The plane was not the same model as stated when we booked!
Although not common practice airlines do, at times, change the planes originally intended to travel the stated route. This is usually done due to maintenance issues but it rarely affects the scheduling of the flight.
What documents do I need to travel?
We are happy to advise you on the standard travel documents you are required to have to fly. For any specialist documents (Visa, Work Permit, TA etc.) please enquire with the relevant government website of your travel destination and transit countries.
Can we change our travel dates?
Tickets can be exchanged only if airlines allow us to do so, however, fees may apply.
Why can I not find my booking on the airlines website?
Please make sure you are entering the name on the ticket correctly and as instructed by the airline’s site. Usually the airline requires you to enter the name as it appears on your ticket, however, it can vary depending on the airline. If the problem persists please do not hesitate to contact your travel manager.
Can I reserve my preferred seats with you?
Of course! Just ask your personal travel manager to select your preferred seats when they’re making the reservation. Obviously there may be occasions when seating is limited and your preferred seats are not available, however, 90% of the time we can get them for you.
Our flight is delayed and we cannot make the connecting flight!
If this situation does occur and the airline themselves are obliged to find other flights for their passengers to continue their journey with. Although we can advise on the best course of action, contacting and speaking directly with the airline will yield the best results.
What happens if my flight is canceled?
Usually we are alerted well in advance of flight cancellations and are able to organize new flights very quickly. There are, however, occasions when the cancellation is last minute and we receive no warning until you have reached the check in. On these occasions we work very closely with the airline to locate new flights at the earliest possible convenience.
Where are your offices based?

Can you provide a chauffeur service?
A lot of airlines provide chauffeur services and we are happy to organize those services on your behalf.
Will I get called night and day by all your travel managers?
Once you have placed a travel request with us or contacted our direct line that request is assigned to one travel manager only and it is with them you will solely communicate throughout the duration of the booking process. They will then only ever contact you at agreed times between yourself and said manager.

The current leading global carriers are Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Emirates etc with their exceptional standards in all classes they have been leading the industry for some time now. We book tickets with them too!
Do you guys book hotels too?
